Camp GLAM is our girly camp for girls, ages 5-15. Not all girls enjoy hiking, archery, basketball and all other traditional day camp activities. Some girls just wanna have fun…And their idea of fun does not include sports, nature, or getting dirty. Campers participate in swimming, arts & crafts, dance, music, drama, weekly girly clinics and more.
At Camp GLAM, your child will develop their creative abilities, build independence and self-reliance, learn new skills, and gain confidence.
Camp GLAM is designed specifically to provide a GLAMorous alternative haven where young girly girls can avoid all that sweating and running around, and revel in manicures and fashion shows instead. We provide unique opportunities for them to celebrate being a girl while participating in a well-rounded, fun-filled summer experience.
Campers swim at least once a day in a safe aquatic atmosphere designed to meet their ability. Certified Red Cross instructors supervise each pool and encourage the development of swimming skills throughout the summer.
Camp GLAM campers are grouped according to their age and school grade. Our groups are small (no more than 20 campers) and supervised by at least 2 caring, nurturing, mature and talented counselors.
Our Camp GLAM campers are grouped as follows:
• Princesses: ages 5 & 6
• Divas: ages 7-9
• Primadonna: ages 10-12
• Mademoiselles: ages 13-15
Camp GLAM offers weekly girly clinics designed to teach young girls to develop their creative abilities and gain confidence and independence. At Camp GLAM, we emphasize grace, glamour & dignity! Our campers will be introduced to the glitz and glamour of being female! Our professional, stylish counselors will provide unique opportunities for the campers to create their own experiences, reflect on them, and apply what they learned to new challenges both at camp and at home. On several Fridays throughout the summer, we will feature female guest speakers in the world of fashion, glamour and other powerful positions to speak with, and inspire your daughters while enlightening them about the field in which they work. This may include hair stylists, Broadway performers, dancers, journalists, photographers, doctors, chefs, and more!
